Rainbows End

Mia Pharaoh ‘Rainbows End’ follows in step with Zoolon’s album, ‘Dream Rescuer’ having a marvelous kaleidoscope of sound. It’s a beautiful blend of music, each track flows brilliantly into the next. The album captures the surreal nature of the past, present and future. While the lyrics are subtle they’re emotionally charged and quite powerful, begging us to look at love and loss of both the person and the planet. Highly recommended. Favorite track: All Winter Long.

How's it feel living without demons? That's the question you should ask each day Listen up and focus on the real stuff Life can end and we're in need of peace Don't turn around, or be outdone No stone unturned There's a craving to be simple This brain is wired differently We're feeling awfully light, there's some hope I can see the end in sight Don't turn around, or be outdone No stone unturned, springs almost sprung This time you're going places This time you're going places All winter long, you've been slaving there alone, just see it to the end All winter long, you've been slaving there alone, just see it to the end, we can coexist All winter long, you've been slaving there alone, just see it to the end All winter long, you've been slaving there alone, just see it to the end, please remember this Don't turn around, or be outdone No stone unturned, springs almost sprung

Silent Films 03:36
Broken moments I can't see you well Silent someone No sound from your voice Lost in old scenes From films that I've dreamed Real living Roots in my head Silent, so silent This memory's fading Lost in old scenes From films that I've dreamed Lost in old scenes From films that I've dreamed Broken moments I can't see you well Silent someone This memory's fading Lost in old scenes From films that I've dreamed

Rainbows End 03:40
On the day the ice caps melted The sun swallowed up the sea No rain from Africa to Eurasia No spring time blossom on the trees Rainbows end will stay our secret For forever and a day Rainbows end will stay our secret For forever and a day This song is not a blatant warning I believe its far to late Mankind's ways of greed and war Has defined this death wish fate Rainbows end will stay our secret For forever and a day Rainbows end will stay our secret For forever and a day Rainbows end will stay our secret For forever and a day

Hooked 03:15
Your now the terror in my life Once loved but now your so despised You've burnt the pride you once had Now lost and dragging me around You feel let down While I'm swirling to the ground Expect nothing in return Your now the aching in my head Please learn the basics all again You feel let down While I'm swirling to the ground Expect nothing in return I see myself I'm hooked to you This one way street To nowhere To nowhere Please stop I'm cornered and obsessed You feel let down While I'm swirling to the ground Expect nothing in return I see myself I'm hooked to you This one way street To nowhere

We had a common goal We had a common sense of life Each day would bring us close to peace Sat down just having fun They say that nothing costs too much Each day would bring them close to grief Don't hunch stand up straight Suit up walk out the door Sat down just having fun Forced practice shoved in our bones Is there no end to this I see no going back Our lives depart from who we are Are we the suicidal snake Don't hunch stand up straight Suit up walk out the door Don't hunch stand up straight Suit up walk out the door

If I could change the world I'd unlock the poison door Give people eyes that see Not eyes that look away Better to be blind When no one's asking why World news hard times We feel alone Nothing to see here Nothing to see here If I could change the world Nothing to see here Nothing to see here

You know what, I hear you, fear You won't stop, I feel you We know now I'm listening You're a hunter I'm the prey to feed on And the thought of hiding solely upon you Makes me think that I'm a lost soul in these shoes I am needing to let go and get some help Am I done? You know what, I need you Can I take this time to gather up my thoughts And the thought of hiding solely upon you Makes me think that I'm a lost soul in these shoes I am needing to let go and get some help Am I done? You know what, I hear you, fear You won't stop, I feel you This threshold I'm losing In a battle against time that never ends You know what, I hear you Your fear and I'm the listener You know what, I'll feed you I'm feeling lost without you now Now I'm one And the thought of hiding solely upon you Makes me think that I'm a lost soul in these shoes I am needing to let go and get some help Am I done? You're the hunter I'm the prey

Punchdrunk 02:43
Wings without feathers Feet without shoes Hearts without heartstrings That’s why I’m singing the Blues You're out of love Not here to judge Big mouths and morons Control This punch-drunk planet Keeps on spinning You ain’t seen nothing yet Just wait till this war begins You're out of love Not here to judge Big mouths and morons Control Punch for the sake of a brawl Send shockwaves into our homes You ain’t seen nothing yet Take out some kingdoms when you're bored Wings without feathers Feet without shoes Hearts without heartstrings That’s why I sing the blues
